All returns must be approved by customer service. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with "Return (Order Number)" for return approval and authorization. List the items you are returning and the reason why in the email. We will not accept unauthorized returns.
Purchases made at shopstylestitch.com are eligible for returns and refunds (minus original shipping costs). Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and must provide us with a tracking number. We do not offer exchanges at this time.
Submit a return request
To start the return process, please email us at email@example.com with "Return (Order Number)" in the subject line. Please list the item(s) you are returning, along with the reason why, and any questions.
Our return policy lasts 14 days. Items must be returned in the same condition they were sent (new, with all original tags attached) within 14 days of the delivery date to qualify for a refund. Items are not eligible for returns after 14 days.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Unfortunately, we do not offer return shipping labels. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs and must provide us with a valid tracking number.
Other items exempt from returns:
- Items missing tags and any included accessories
- Items that have been damaged, washed, or worn
- Items that have stains or odors
- Intimates and swimsuits
- Sale items
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. The original shipping costs you paid will be deducted from your refund.
All returns must be shipped out with a valid tracking number. If you do not provide a tracking number for your return, you might be ineligible for a refund.
